What data we process and why

Your full name, organisation, e-mail address, selected area of interest and the text of your message. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer.

Legal basis

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or for our legitimate interest in responding to the message received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep the data

For as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months if no contractual relationship arises from it.

Who has access to the data

Data from the form is sent by e-mail and stored with our web hosting and e-mail provider, WebSupport s.r.o., based in Slovakia, which processes it as a processor. We do not transfer the data outside the European Union, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies.

• to request restriction of processing and to object to processing,
• to data portability,
• to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
